By accessing or purchasing any part of Glow or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and programs.

1. Wellness Disclaimer

Glow, the Reset, and all related content are for general wellness education only.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease, prescribe medications, or recommend medical procedures. We are not government‑regulated medical professionals. All information is intended to support general wellness and is not a substitute for medical advice.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Program Access & Use

When you purchase the Reset, Glow Program, or Membership, you receive access for personal use only.

You agree not to:

  • share login credentials

  • distribute program materials

  • copy, reproduce, or republish content

  • use Glow content for commercial purposes

  • resell or claim ownership of any part of the program

All content is protected under copyright.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (such as Stripe or Systeme.io’s integrated processor). By purchasing, you agree to:

  • provide accurate billing information

  • pay all associated fees

  • allow recurring billing for memberships (if applicable)

We do not store full payment details on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Reset, Glow Program, and Glow Membership, all sales are final.

Once access is granted, refunds cannot be issued.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will assist you.

5. Membership Terms

If you join the Glow Membership:

  • billing occurs monthly or annually

  • you may cancel anytime

  • cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments

  • access ends at the end of your current billing cycle

You are responsible for managing your subscription settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Glow, including:

  • text

  • videos

  • guides

  • checklists

  • graphics

  • branding

  • program structure

is the exclusive property of PureBody Wellness with Kristi.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Personal Responsibility

By participating in Glow, you acknowledge:

  • you are responsible for your own health decisions

  • results vary based on individual factors

  • wellness practices require consistency

  • you will seek medical care when needed

Glow provides guidance, not guarantees.

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for:

  • having a stable internet connection

  • maintaining your login credentials

  • ensuring your device can access the program

We are not liable for:

  • technical issues caused by your device

  • internet outages

  • third‑party platform downtime

If Systeme.io experiences an outage, access will resume once the platform is restored.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or alter program content

  • harass or abuse staff or other participants

  • share inappropriate or harmful content

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

10. Third‑Party Services

Glow may reference or link to:

  • Celluma red light therapy

  • NuFace microcurrent

  • vibration plate resources

  • professional services at Evolve

  • scheduling or payment platforms

These services have their own policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PureBody Wellness with Kristi is not liable for damages arising from program use

  • we do not guarantee specific results

  • participation is voluntary and at your own discretion

Your use of Glow indicates acceptance of this limitation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website or programs indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
